What unit sizes do you have?

Do you have climate controlled units?

Yes. We offer climate controlled units in every size from 5×5 up to 10×20. Climate controlled units are kept at a consistent temperature year-round, which is ideal for wood furniture, electronics, documents, clothing, and anything sensitive to heat or humidity. Our hallways are also climate controlled.

How much does a storage unit cost?

Non-climate controlled units start at $90/month for a 5×5. Climate controlled units start at $115/month. Are all your units on the first floor?

Yes. Every single unit in our facility is on the first floor. No elevators, no stairs, no hauling your belongings up a ramp. This is one of the things that sets us apart from other storage facilities in the area.

What are the gate access hours?

The gate is open 6 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. You'll use your personal electronic access code to enter and exit.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. If you need to reach us outside of office hours, leave a message and we'll get back to you promptly.

How do I access my unit?

You'll receive a personal electronic access code when you move in. Use this code to enter and exit the facility at the gate during access hours (6 AM – 10 PM daily). Your unit itself is secured with the lock provided by the facility.

Is the facility secure?

Yes. Our facility uses electronically coded entry and exit so only current tenants can access the grounds. We have 24-hour video surveillance with state-of-the-art monitoring. We also have pest control in place to keep your belongings protected.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

No. We provide a lock for your unit at no extra charge. It's part of the service, just one less thing to worry about on move-in day.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

No. We don't require a security deposit. There's no money tied up, just your monthly rent.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No. We offer month-to-month rental with no long-term commitment required. Stay for a month, a year, or longer, it's entirely up to you.

Is my first month pro-rated?

Yes. Your first month is pro-rated based on your actual move-in date. You only pay for the days you use.

Do you sell packing supplies?

Yes. We carry a full range of boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, wardrobe boxes, sofa covers, cargo nets, and more. Supplies are available during office hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 3 PM). Stop by or call (609) 730-9813 to check availability.

Yes. We can accept deliveries on your behalf. Contact us to make arrangements.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our facility has a wheelchair accessible entrance and accessible parking. Combined with all-first-floor units, there are no stairs or elevators to navigate.
