A site audit, a demo, and a plan — all in one place.
Ma & Pa's Tex-Mex BBQ has 4.7 stars and 1,113 Google reviews. That's a remarkable reputation for a family-owned restaurant on Creek Road. It's the kind of trust that takes years to build and can't be manufactured.
But right now, the only "website" Ma & Pa's has is a Menufy ordering app. It has no story, no About page, no photos of the food, no mention of the NJ Taco Festival award, and no content Google can actually index. A customer who searches "birria tacos Mount Laurel" finds nothing.
The bigger issue: Ma & Pa's Google Business Profile is unclaimed and currently shows "Temporarily closed" — even though the restaurant is open. Every person who Googles the restaurant right now sees "Temporarily closed." Many of them leave before calling to check.
A Menufy template with photos but no brand voice, no award mention, and a JS-rendered menu Google cannot read.
4.7 stars. More than most restaurants ever earn. That reputation deserves a proper home online.
Fix: Alex claims the profile → verifies → corrects the address and hours. Takes under 1 hour. It's free. This is the single most urgent thing.
Not a mockup. Not a wireframe. A fully live marketing website for Ma & Pa's, running right now at refit.digital/mapas.
A Menufy-hosted template. Generic photo strips, an “Order Now” button, no brand personality, no award recognition — and the menu is invisible to Google.
Food photos, the brand story, award recognition, hours and map, full live menu — all Google-indexable. The Menufy ordering link is still there, front and center.
Ma & Pa's current "site" is a JavaScript-rendered ordering app. Google's crawler sees mostly empty HTML. The menu, the story, the award, the photos — none of it is indexable. From Google's perspective, this restaurant barely exists online.
| Element | Current (Menufy App) | New Site |
|---|---|---|
| Menu indexable by Google | No — JavaScript only | Yes — server-rendered HTML |
| Dish names in search results | None | All 40+ items |
| Dedicated menu page | None | /mapas/menu — own URL + meta |
| Address, phone, hours in HTML | No | Yes — every page |
| Brand story | None | Full section with photos |
| Award recognition | None | Hero badge + trust bar |
| Menu maintenance | Manual in Menufy only | Auto-syncs from Menufy API |
This isn't a struggling restaurant. It's a restaurant with a real following and a digital problem. Here's what they've earned:
More than most restaurants ever earn. This is years of genuine customer love.
An actual award for the food. This belongs on every page of their site.
A log cabin on Creek Rd, tucked between I-295 and Rancocas State Park. Memorable. Instagrammable.
Real people behind the food. In a market full of chains, this is a differentiator.
Sugar skulls on the business card, on the walls — a cohesive, authentic visual identity already exists.
Already on Menufy. More people just need to know they can order.
Everything to take Ma & Pa's from invisible to impossible to miss:
The demo is live. The work is done. All that's left is deciding whether this is the right fit.
We don't do pitch decks, discovery calls, or "let's align on objectives." We built it. You can see exactly what you'd be getting before anyone writes a check.
Take a look at the live demo. Show it to Alex. If it feels right, one email is all it takes.
View Live Demo Get In TouchThanks for reading this far. The restaurant has earned a real web presence. We built one.
